The swimming pool of the farmhouse, perfectly integrated in the environmental context, is accompanied by beds, deck chairs, umbrellas and a shower with hot water. It consists of two different pools: a 5 x 16m one, where people can swim or sit on the steps and sunbathe, and a smaller 1,5 x 4 m one to relax or for children to play.

The 6-place whirlpool is situated in the former pigpen, a welcoming space finished with a wooden floor, barrel vaults and showers in Bisazza mosaic. Comfortably sitting in the spa, you will enjoy the surrounding landscape, looking through two windows designed to the purpose; it will seem to be bathed in the green.

The dining room, connected to a large private kitchen, is used both for serving breakfast and organizing lunches and dinners as well, being able to accommodate up to 30 people. It is also equipped with a large fireplace of Tuscan type where all the specialties are cooked on the fire: from the simple "fett'unta" and grilled vegetables to the "rostinciana" and the "chianina" steak.

The bright and spacious room, also served by a cloister, is the ideal place to relax, maybe reading a book or chatting with friends whilst awaiting dinner. Here can also be found a professional stereo hi-fi system and a projector screen 1,20 x 2,10 m wide, that allows to listen to music in the best way or enjoy a movie just like in a cinema.

This room serves the "Camera dei Contadini" and the "Camera dei Figlioli". This was the main room of the house, now rebuilt as a vintage kitchen - maintaining the ancient stone sink - but equipped with all comforts: 5 fires in cast iron, 90cm-wide gas oven with spit, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a wood stove embedded in the large (not working) fireplace. Moreover, it is linked with a 16 m² terrace and the external balcony both furnished with garden furniture.
